Coronavirus Update:

I created the video below in order to respond to everyone who has been emailing, texting, and reaching out on social media. 

A Few Things Change...

Yes, I've been traveling a lot the last several weeks before this thing blew up. First off, I'm fine and my family is fine, thank you for your concern. Some of our travel plans and my business commitments have been postponed, as I'm sure this pandemic has affected you and your family as well.

If you had been planning on seeing me speak at a TPI Certification seminar, my live LoadXplode training events or one of my Live Mentorship events I think it's pretty obvious that everything has been postponed until further notice.

What happens now?

I will be updating the community as my partners and I consider our options and follow the best protocols as prescribed by government and healthcare organisations.

We are going to experiment with some live online events and video calls, I'll be publishing resources for anyone who has to work/train from home and much more. If you want to know more about any of these please join our mailing list.

Coach Glass Tips:

1. Focus on what you can control not the rumours and misinformation. You can only control your actions and habits. 
2. Set a mindset that creates habits for the sake of others not selfish survival. Example: Wash your hands for the sake of others. Give Corona elbow bumps not high fives. Not because you think they have it but so if you do you can keep everyone else safe. This mindset will change the way you see and react to the virus scare. 
3. Train your body and mind like you are preparing for the championship title fight! This is your best defense against this invisible opponent! 
4. Take this time to spend quality time with loved ones and get back in tune with your inner self.
 5. Focus on big picture #DreamBIG concepts and take actions DAILY toward their realization. 
6. Help someone in need. We will need everyone to get through this. Be a part of the solution and not a drain on the system.

What Can You Do Now?

Guess what? You're in the same situation as my pro athletes from the PGA Tour, MLB, NFL and NHL. They're all home, seasons postponed indefinitely, frustrated, worried and confused. Here's what we're going to do...
