Likes, hearts, followers mean nothing! Community means EVERYTHING!

1M followers without an active and dedicated community behind is powerless. A business with filled hours will slowly dwindle and die without a community working together toward a common purpose.

You need a mission statement that the clients or teammates can believe in and feel a part of. Everyone wants to feel like they are a part of something bigger than themselves.

Your job is to create something so profound, so authentic to you that others want to join you on your journey! Or maybe you are not a leader and you want more fulfilment in your life.

Look inside and figure out what your true passions are and meet up or connect with like-minded people.

You like to skateboard wearing a Chubacca suite? You may find some roller skating Ewoks! Looking for others who love to cook but have bunions on their feet? I'm sure there are others out there ready to throw their bunions down and make bunion soup with you!

The key is finding what is unique about you, your business, your passions and create a community around it.

This is a perfect subject for my 150th episode!!!!!!

My mission? Inspire others to greatness. My Glisteners, as they have named themselves, are doing exactly that!
