In this episode, my mentor Liam Hennessy and I sit down in front of 60 Irish coaches and talk about the pillars of strength and conditioning.

We go deep and I mean DEEP into the values that make up great coaches and what you can do to define your systems, philosophy and coaching style to maximize your effectiveness as a coach.
