You need to be careful what you ask for. What you add to one aspect of your performance you take away from the other. You can't have the best of both worlds.
Sure there are freaks out there that are big fast and athletic but it has more to do with their genetics than their workout program.
Do you want to put on 40lbs like @brysondechambeau but look like @donsaladino when you take your shirt off?
Not going to happen without giving up something on the other side.
