Are you afraid to express your thoughts, passions, and share them with the World in FEAR of “others” letting the air out.

It seems like there are more haters than creators because we are allowing the comment sections and snide criticisms to keep us from sharing what we believe is true.

I get asked all the time “#YoJay aren’t you afraid of people’s reaction when you put out your videos, podcast or blog posts?

Aren’t you concerned about someone not agreeing with your thoughts or hating on your delivery style?

Aren’t you afraid of………?????”

The answer is YES for about 2.5 seconds and then I get over it and do it anyway!

Why? Because it's not for them! I don’t do what I do for them. I do it for the people who appreciate it, somehow get inspired by it, learn from it and are entertained by it.

This weeks episode is all about that. YOU overcoming your FEAR! You taking control of your path and delivering what is AUTHENTIC to you! Not them.
