In this episode, we dive into exercise design for specific populations. I share the timeline of my personal development in sport-specific training.

Football, tennis, snowboarding and golf all have something in common. I was able to draw upon my experience in sports and working with athletes to connect the dots and draw parallels from sport to sport.

A lot of people ask me “where did you get that exercise from?” My answer is Experience!
