Dynamic Warm-Up 5 is a warm-up but can also be used as a Body Prep or a High Threshold Workout.

It is a core-based floor routine that I use with my athletes after their Gym Warm Up to prepare their bodies for the HT, ST or PW circuit.

It focuses on mobility and stability with a flow from movement to movement, that requires neuromuscular control.

So use it as a stand-alone piece or incorporate it into your routine.
