Single Arm Stability Plank

This is fantastic core stability and anti-rotation exercise. The progression starts in a knee push up position into a single-arm knee plank. Progress to the single-arm plank and return back to the knee plank position while maintaining your core control. Hold each position for a count of 3 focusing on stability and control. Perform 6-10 reps while alternating arms.
