#YOJAY was designed for this week’s debate! Sometimes a present lands in your lap and you have a choice. Take it or share it. What do you think The Coach would do? Share of course! The Golf Channel’s Brandel Chamblee criticized Rory McIlroy about his strength training program which is overseen by training guru Steve McGregor. Is Rory going down the same path as Tiger? Will heavy weight training be the demise of the great McIlroy? Rory responded with a video of him performing 3 reps of a 265b back squat.
